By the time you're 20 pages into this you realize how it's going to go, and your dissapointed you spent 7 or so dollars on this. This is just a set up for something coming down the road. If you're crazy about everything X-Men you'll find something in this I suppose, but for eveybody else, I'd advise you spend your money on any other X-Men graphich novel you can find, or even give the Image title "Invincible" a try. That never fails to entertain.

The book itself is an alright collection of stories filling in the blanks left by Messiah CompleX. However, it should e noted that this TPB does NOT include the 2008 X-Men Free Comic Book Day special, although the description says that it does.
