These are perfect for saving Windows 10 Restore/Start Up files, which need a minimum of 8GB.
I figured, for the money, these 16GB are a pretty good value...they're over the size, but other important files could be stored as well.
I just keep this in a safe place for each computer.
Thankfully, I haven't needed to use any of them yet since Windows 10 (August 2016 and later) works great with no major problems thus far.

I originally bought this to make a restore drive for my computer. Just in case your wondering you cannot use the extra space on any disk that you use as a restore disk. That is just the nature of a restore disk. Always check the requirements of your computer to determine how big the restore disk file will be before purchasing a restore disk drive. Now I am going to use it for documents since it's too big for the data file my computer requires and I cannot use the extra space on it for anything else after you use it for restore disk. I don't want to waste the space so I am back to buy a 16 GB one since my computer. Also make sure that buy the correct USB port connector though most are backwards compatible might not be forward compatible.Easy to plug in and create a restore disk for your computer in case there is a problem. It also can hold documents, photos or anything else you need.Kingston is a reliable product. I have many Kingston products. I am giving this product a one out of five due to perceive false advertisement. No matter how much I format this device and it always give a full 32 gigabyte versus the 64 gigabyte it was manufacture as. Either I get response from the seller or I am refunded this product. I paid for what I have asked and I expected both the manufacture and the seller to hold there end of the bargain.I have attached a picture and the Drive letter for this device is G; as you can see I am getting a 32 gigabyte not the 64 gigabyte as advertise!Update: I just received my replace and it is showing the correct space amount. I am guessing the previous thumb drive, it fell through the crack of quality assurance department. So I am changing the 1 out of 5 to 5 out of 5. if (typeof amznJQ != "undefined") { amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R1EOASFK6M7HQS_imageSection_1077F25A-8008-11E7-9149-BADB20E40999"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c
